i've been maintaining a cover as a civilian scientist ever since i woke up here six months ago. my hope is that by keeping the full extent of who i am and what i can do from people here, i can learn more, maybe have the element of surprise on my side at some point
i'm not sure that whoever brought us here doesn't already know, anyway, but for now, it still seems worth keeping the cover although a few people here know
